As Compass’ first designer in the Nashville market, I was tasked with introducing our brand to a wide range of clients and educating them to become brand ambassadors. Collaborating with our nimble marketing and design team we worked to educate our clients on the value of design, personal brand, and national brand to create a base-level understanding of what we do and how—by collaborating with each other—we can make their business more impactful. We worked with hundreds of individual clients to create unique identities underneath the Compass design system.
